Utah Has the Craziest Alcohol Laws in Nation

I thought that the prohibition of alcohol was over! According to the laws of the state of Utah, they are not! Should this be very surprising considering the Mormon influence over the entire state? Not really! Utah has forever had some of the strictest, morally binding laws, mostly inspired and written into law by the crazy cooks that are all about the church and their own religious rules, and are not about the constitutional rights of our great nation which grant us all freedom from the combination of church and state. But, in Utah, the alcohol laws are so strict, that it is nearly a ‘Dry State.” Utah Has the Craziest Liquor Laws There are no such things as bars open to the public, to drink you must fill out a membership card and pay a due to a private club. Up until recently you could only legally consume up to one ounce of alcohol. New changes allow you to not have to join a club. Under old rules after you ordered your drink at a restaurant, you could not be served over the bar; they had to walk around the partition and get it served, or be served by a server. They have changed this so you don’t need a partition anymore. The new rule, dictates that restaurants must have a separate, “Special” and out of sight of the potential view of children to mix drinks. Drink Elsewhere The solution: move away! There are plenty of states that have no such laws and are normally regulating the sales of liquor. Utah is one of the harshest states in the entire union when it comes to beer and liquor. The answer: don’t live there if you like to drink, this blogger most certainly will never be there! Check out this News Report about Utah’s Crazy Alcohol Laws! I have actually managed to find the news feed about these ridiculous alcohol laws that are currently taking place in the state of Utah, the Mormon state, so should these really come as any surprise? Oh yeah they should, because we live in American, not Mormonland, and OUR Laws are not dictated by the CHURCH; they are made be free people and should be separated by religion. This blogger recommends that you watch this video, skip to about two minutes in to see five minutes about Utah and their crazy laws!

Chugging a Beer Sideways – The Old School Way! (COOL CHUGGING DEVICE!)

Have you ever seen a buddy or somebody poking a hole in the side of a beer can, and you are wondering, why in the heck are they doing this when they can just as easily open the tab on the top of the can and just drink the beer that way? Well, you wouldn’t be the first to question this outlandish approach to drinking a beer. But there is a good explanation as to why beer lovers frequently administer this classic chugging gimmick to their beer cans. I like to call this a sideways beer chugging. The reason for punching the hole in the side of the can is because you can allow more air to pass through the can. More air means that more beer passes through into your mouth, making it far easier to down a can of beer. You simply hold the beer can sideways and punch a hole on the bottom side. Then open the tab really quickly and drink the beer from out of the hole you punched as air pushes in from the tab on the top! The Shotgun Party Opener Calling all lovers of beer in the can and chugging: this device is must have my friends. It is called the Shotgun Party Opener. It opens cans. It opens bottles. And most importantly, it allows you to poke the needed hole in the side of beer can to enable more air to pass through so you can chug as many as possible, in as little time as possible, on your way to a quick and drunken stupor with your best buddies. They retail online for just a few bucks each, plus the cost of shipping and handling. You can get one by Clicking Here. Awesome Device Enables Quick Beer Shotgun Maneuvers I was surfing around on Youtube.com and actually stumbled across this device that was made just for this purpose: to poke a hole in the side of a beer can and enable more air to pass through the can so you can easily chug the delicious contents that are contained within the can! Awesome! Check out this video, where a candid tailgater demonstrates how easy to use this keychain device is and shows you how to properly use it to cut a hole in a beer can for a shotgun, and how to chug that frothy, cold brew afterwards.

New Scooter System Helps Bar Patrons Avoid DUI, Still Take Their Car Home

Most of us have the unfortunate displeasure of knowing someone or somebody that has been arrested before for driving while intoxicated, or for driving under the influence, referred to commonly as DUI or DWI. This type of an arrest wreaks havoc on most people’s personal lives. Many times they are sentenced to harsh jail time, typically ten to thirty one days for the first offense. And, they end up paying nearly ten thousand dollars in fines, legal fees and restitution. Their licenses are revoked for one year or longer, and in some cases permanently, and their credit rating is eaten up. Finally, try and find an auto insurance company that will insure you after you get a DUI or a DWI, and you will quickly realize that it is very, very costly following such a conviction. The Awesome, New Solution Most people who are out drinking never want to take a taxicab home because they know that they will have to find a way to get back to the bar the next day and retrieve their vehicle. Similarly, others fret over it because they do not want to leave their car unattended overnight somewhere. Sadly, this conundrum leads many people to risk driving under the influence of alcohol. And when they get pulled over, they go to jail! The Solution A flurry of newer DUI and DWI prevention companies are profiting off a great idea. Employ drivers to drive the drunken people home in their own car, and take a motorized, foldable scooter with them, stowed in the trunk. Once they drop the passenger and their car back off safely at home, they simply pull the scooter out of the trunk and drive back to the bar to ferry more drunks home safely! Check out Video Footage of a Folding Scooter The video below, courtesy of a popular video blogger (Vlogger) on Youtube.com, depicts a very common type of a foldable, motorized scooter. These are similar to the scooters that many “Take Your Car Home With You” DUI services are now using. They simply fold up the scooter and drive the patron home in the patron’s car. Then they pull the scooter out of the trunk, and in a few minutes have it set up and ready for the ride back to the bar to ferry more drunkards home so they don’t face a DUI or DWI and so they can keep their cars when they leave!

There are so many different reasons and ways that you can toast to somebody’s health, or wellbeing, successes or relationship, or whatever in the United States and most countries around the world where alcohol is legalized. There are also many different, formal occasions that call for a toast. Most of the time, however, toasts are conducted by drunk drinker to another, typically at whatever bar, lounge, or pub that they end up at. But, there is one good reason why toasting rocks: it gives you another reason to drink some more with your best friends! The Top Eight Official Reasons to Call a Toast 1. Weddings: these remain the top reason to call a toast. This type of a toast is the most common, and can involve any kind of situation and for any reason. Sometimes drunk people will simply toast each other because they are feeling social and want to let the other person know that they are happy about certain things. As you will see in the video below, toasting is a tradition that goes very much so hand in hand with drinking liquor!
